Welcome to RateTheLeader® ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), operated under the registered governance of NorthBright Digital U.S. By accessing, viewing, registering an account, submitting evaluations, utilizing AI-powered executive synthesis, or executing payment transactions on this Platform, you ("User", "Evaluator", "Subscriber", or "Organization") enter into a legally binding contract subject to these Terms of Use.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an entity, corporation, institution, or executive committee, you represent and warrant that you possess the requisite corporate authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not consent to all conditions set forth herein, you must immediately terminate access to and cease all use of the Platform.

To protect corporate evaluation integrity and eliminate automated bot interference or smear campaigns, access to evaluation scorecards and registered intelligence requires verification via an authentic, active corporate or business email address.

Users agree to maintain accurate profile information, safeguard credentials, and notify RateTheLeader immediately of any unauthorized account access.

RateTheLeader guarantees 100% Psychological Safety and Anonymity for all submitted feedback. Our zero-knowledge database schema permanently decouples the identity, email address, and IP hash of the evaluator from the recorded numeric scores and qualitative remarks across all 20 Core Executive Pillars (including Strategic Vision, Execution Rigor, Psychological Safety, Ethical Integrity, and Mentorship).

The Platform provides automated synthesis engines powered by state-of-the-art AI foundation models (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Groq, and OpenRouter) to translate raw pillar distributions into executive summaries, blind-spot matrix indicators, and strategic roadmaps.

• BYOK (Bring Your Own Key): When you provide your own API key in the portal, your credentials are encrypted locally and in transit. You retain full ownership and responsibility for third-party provider billing, rate limits, and service availability.
• Advisory Only: AI-generated intelligence reports, executive forecasts, and growth matrices constitute aggregate analytical indicators and do not constitute formal legal, employment, fiduciary, or human resource determinations.
• No Unauthorized Scrape/Training: RateTheLeader does not sell user evaluation narratives to public foundation model developers for public pre-training corpora.

RateTheLeader offers tiered access models, including free basic scorecard viewing, a Semi-Annual Access Plan ($5/month billed bi-annually as $30 USD), standalone Executive Intelligence Report unlocks ($19 USD), and Pro AI Upgrades ($40 USD).

RateTheLeader®, the Traffic Light Executive Index™, "ONE HONEST SIGNAL."™, the 20-Pillar Executive Assessment Matrix, platform logos, codebases, and user interface designs are the exclusive intellectual property of NorthBright Digital U.S. and its licensors.

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view, export PDF scorecards, and utilize reports solely for internal organizational development and personal leadership evaluation. Unauthorized reverse-engineering, crawling, automated harvesting, or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Users maintain the right to request deletion of their account at any time directly through the User Profile Governance portal.

Upon initiating a deletion request, personal identifying credentials and contact vectors enter a secure 90-day retention escrow buffer to satisfy corporate fraud prevention, audit integrity, and platform security requirements. Following the expiration of 90 days, all personal identifiers are permanently scrubbed from the active database. Aggregated, non-attributable score distributions remain part of the historical index.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RateTheLeader, NorthBright Digital U.S., their directors, officers, employees, and software providers shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, employment decisions, corporate reorganizations, or reputational claims) resulting from user-submitted reviews or AI synthesis reports.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding uninterrupted uptime, evaluation consensus, or commercial outcomes.

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and applicable federal regulations, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
